Just a regular 55-year old guy who start resistance training two years ago. Very excited about my bod pod measurement today of 9.1 percent body fat (5'3" 145 pounds0. A nice change from the 175 pounds I was tipping scale at 4 years ago. I first dropped to 137 and then built back up.
Are there any forums for old guys like me?
