Based on your last post in the other thread I would say your culprit is DIET. It will always come in to play and is the number one reason people hold water. With all the fast food and late night Denny's you are bombarding your system with crap calories and SODIUM, you can't drink enough water to flush that style of eating bro. Diuretics, sure. Take another risk. Clean up your diet and you will be amazed and your transformation. You already have a great base. USE IT! Just saying....
