What POB said. Most of us are home cooking our asses off to make all these 6-8 meals of meat and carbs everyday. What you're eating, when your eating and how much you're eating all make a difference. If you log it out like POB has started aiming you at we can help to tweak what you got going on.

I'm with MM on the simplicity of what foods, Red Meat, Whole Milk and Bread, I add in Eggs and Greek yogurt in mass.

Seriously, get some whey protein, creatine, multivitamin, lots of animal flesh, potatoes, bread, eggs, whole milk, etc., lift like a MFer and eat like a MFer. Do a big refeed day on Sunday, nap a lot, and do your best to keep your stress levels down. Let the process work.
