Hey bros how do you guys feel about it and any tips on protein sources you can offer would be great. I'm going to change my diet to vegetarian until I decide to do my next cycle in a few years.

Hey Steve, how did I miss this thread ?!

It's actually pretty easy once you have been eating vegetarian/vegan for a while, I'm not sure of my macros but I don't really think I am falling too short anywhere.

Some of the common foods I eat most days would be:

Sushi/inari
Oats
Pea or rice protein isolate (for my shakes)
Heaps of salads, veges & fruits
Rice/quinoa
TVP (textured vegetable protein)
Legumes & lentils
Chickpeas

My diet is actually pretty varied and not at all boring...
