Good to hear you are doing well.
Haven't updated in a while.....Ive been in and out of the gym averaging about 3 days/week and finally got my groove back last week.
Made some small gains, nothing to write home about.
Today
Foam rolled then 10 mins of max incline walking at 3.5mph
Back squats:
bar x whatever
135 x 10
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 4
315 x 3
315 x 3
315 x 3 then immediately stripped down to
225 x 8 with 3 second pauses.
Did leg extensions and curls x 4 each, slow and strict.
