Feeling better after the adjustment last night.....Gawd, I miss my old chiro.

Muscular-wise, my lower back is fried. I never belted up the other day and I think my hips came up too soon and thus put too much strain on my lower lumbar. He worked on me for like 20 mins considering that I drove 2 hours to see him.

Well worth it.

Just going to do some cardio/abs/arm work today. No compound movements for a couple of days (squat/OHP/DL/bench) until the swelling subsides. I'll be fine.

Just did some light cardio yesterday....diet has been better and I had my first beers in a week last night.

Had PT this morning and my neck is a little swollen but I'll do some arms, rear delts and maybe some box jumps later today. Both PT and chiro said to take it easy so I'll listen to them for a couple more days.

Haven't updated in a while.....Ive been in and out of the gym averaging about 3 days/week and finally got my groove back last week.

Made some small gains, nothing to write home about.

Today
Foam rolled then 10 mins of max incline walking at 3.5mph

Back squats:
bar x whatever
135 x 10
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 4
315 x 3
315 x 3
315 x 3 then immediately stripped down to
225 x 8 with 3 second pauses.

Did leg extensions and curls x 4 each, slow and strict.

Nice, gotta love that. I miss that. My goals are a little different now. But always a great feeling coming up strong.

Glad to see the world improving a bit for you. That last workout looked good and good to see the gains starting to come back.
