I was reading from the top of the page thinking "come on Turbo.... Just get in there and tough it out" and by the end I smiled. Way to persevere!
Me too! Awesome effort.

Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves, that once we give the training session 10-15 minutes, the enthusiasm and energy starts manifesting.

Thanks 5.0! I like the good mornings. I would like to keep them in the rotation.

Definitely dude. I thought about all of you girls and guys, and that helped. Turned out to be a great session.

Thank you CL! After warming up I noticed everything felt on track, so I'm glad I didn't just pass on it.

Excellent form!

Thanks Pl! I've been working to get it down better. Its a work in progress, but I'm happy about yesterdays work, so that's cool.

Thanks Pawg! I'm glad I kept dead lifts in my routine and didn't throw them out like I had said I was.

Thank you E! I had a great time pulling, and was totally surprised.

HaHa! I think you do! I don't think I like this skinny stuff!

Hahah, skinny stuff?! You mean jacked! You need to stop at a pharmacy and get some bandaids for all those cuts!

04/26/2015 Squat Day: Wave 1, Week 6

Body weight split squats: 2 sets x 5 reps

Squats:

Beltless

Accessories were all really light:

Seated leg curls ss/ seated calve machine: 3 x 15/3 x 20

All done! Was tired when I started my working sets for squats, but by the time I got to the 3rd set I was much more awake. I have some videos I'll post up in a bit.

Edit: also, I tried a new warm up that I saw Chris Duffin recommend. He said he uses a lot of warm ups before squats. After I did the over head and split squats I was out of breath! I think I wanna keep those in my warm up before squats.
