Me too! Awesome effort.I was reading from the top of the page thinking "come on Turbo.... Just get in there and tough it out" and by the end I smiled. Way to persevere!
Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves, that once we give the training session 10-15 minutes, the enthusiasm and energy starts manifesting.
