Also, I'm giving an update since I started TRT at 200mg back in April.
Starting weight - 185lbs
Weight now - 198lbs
I'm probably up a few bf % points but not a ton. 4 Abs are still visible haha
Old Bench PR - 300
Old squat PR - 475
Old deadlift PR - 535
Old strict press - 185
Now
Bench - 315, 300x2
Squat - 405x8, 425x6 445x3 - haven't 1 repped
Deadlift - haven't at all. lots of horizontal/vertical pulling, farmers carries, bb/db extensions on GHD
strict press - 205
