Trader Joe's Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry

This stuff is actually really good, I was very surprised. It didn't get all mushy and watery when cooked and actually tasted like you were eating fried rice. I added a little sesame oil for flavor and of course some chili sauce since I like the heat. I let the shrimp steam on top until they got mostly pink then stirred them in.

I second that. I like the Tattooed Chef product line. It’s a good up and coming company, and they keep producing new and health oriented products.

I tried their Cauliflower Mac and Cheese, Plant Powered Burrito Bowl, and their Açaí Bowl. All tasted very good!

Yes i use a similar blend to add to my grass fed ground beef and it adds so much to the meal and super fast!!!!!

TJ’s has some really good options. And that stir fry is freaking delicious .
