I know these numbers are weak in the scope of PL. Holding on to hope that I will hit pr's again one day.
Training around injuries is a science and I'm attending class everyday. Pr's before injuries were 425 raw bench, 650 DL Briefs, belt, wraps. 635 Sq, Gear whore style Briefs, single ply suit, wraps belt. All those numbers were while on, training natural now may get on HRT at some point but I'm gaining now so why waste the $.

My knee's are sore from work strike one. Pulls last week definitely a factor, note to self need more recovery time so no speed work with only 2 full days off(strike two). I expected 425 to be more explosive. Only the first two were acceptable the rest were slower than I'm looking for right now. Not what I had my sights on for today's w/o.
Failed to execute my vision (Strike three) Rant over. Taking my anti E meds now.

Bench is getting stronger use to have to do all my raw work off a 1 bd or it would mess my shoulder up pretty bad. Have been benching full range for a few months now the heavier progression will let me know its still injured. At one point couldn't bench the bar full range without pain, its adapting. Good training day.
Will do recovery db work in three days.

Work put my training off a day. No rhyme nor reason to f squats just concentrating on form. Found a good training partner finally so my geared training will be taking off soon. Started taking kre Alkalyn 1500 man the pump is good. Corn fed beef last night and for lunch should aid recovery.

GVT just kicked my ass. I am swole as hell, no need to train triceps after that onslaught, their swollen stiff.
I've moved my hands in the last few weeks to take less strain off my shoulders and to focus more on tricep strength. Arms were the weak point no doubt could feel that about the fourth set.
This was very humbling, i walked away thinking Hawk isnt human.

It's bad ass isn't it? I loved it and hate it in the same. After my 10 x 10, I am left huffing and puffing. LOL. Gets you a damn good pump and good for strength gains. Ideally, I wouldn't go too crazy and do it too long, but for a 6 to 8 week run, it's good. And wait til you add some assistance work. LOL. Brutal. Nice thing is, the assistance work can be done at your pace. But, for now, just do your core movement til you get a bit more acclimated.

Brutal is only one adjective among many needed to describe this thing they call a routine. I hear ya, that push me I did the 4/0/2 tempo. f-me my pecs and arms are already sore. Going to go do either deads or Rows to finish this evil routine, short on time this morning.

If I gain the 8-10 lbs they say from this it will put me solidly in the 240 bracket.

2nd session

Deads 4/0/2 60-70 sec rest
10 x 275 x 6s conventional

Finished w/BOR's
175 x 12 x 4s

Switched it up form was going to break down on deads, too fatigued.

Worked this morning for 4 hrs.
Thought about making a video as the Pump was ON. Ehh, I like lifting heavy stuff, not posing. Need a nap, ate right after training and body wants to shut down now. Been a while since training a muscle that is still sore well maybe better put training while whole body is sore thats more accurate.
Not sure if I would of taken 90 sec rest intervals on Deads I could of made the whole session.
Will find out next week if it goes better will do an assistance exercise or two.

Squats this week for legs will rotate w/DL eow. Had no idea what weight to use for low pulls will add weight next session.

Been working on flexibility for several months decided to let my glutes set the depth so below parallel. This might have been a mistake since haven't been squatting this low so a hundred reps atg, glutes ect. are toast. Very humbling 185 wrecked me.
Will go 195 next time squats roll around going to also increase leg curls.
