Today I will give 2 unit of blood one specified for RBC it's done quarterly throughout the year.

I just donated today as well. Don't have the time for double reds but I donate every 2 months when the red cross comes to smallville.

Regardless of the reason, it is a great thing to do. My mom had to have a blood transfusion earlier this year!

I need too so bad. im way over due. i just keep putting it off cause i fucking hate a 16g in my vein.
