I will say its one of the stronger pre-workouts I have taken recently. And the taste is great, most all of the flavors I have tried have been really good. But this shit did send me to the heart Dr. thinking I had a heart issue. All my tests came back fine then a week after I figured it out. This shit was causing my chest to have a little bit of pressure. So I dont take a full scoop very often anymore.

Im moving a little more weight, workout felt good. No injuries or issues. BB RDL felt a little heavy on first set but I think my technique was a little off.

All in all this was a great end to a shitty day. The gym is key to my mental health. I have been remodeling a bathroom today and my fucking plumbing skills suck because my drain connection to shower is leaking. Fucked my whole day up, so to the gym I go...

Thank you Sir! It sure feels good to be back in the gym consistently. I love that I have a place to log my work that I put in. It keeps me on track, motivated and I push myself a little more! So thanks for giving me a place to do that!!!

I know the feeling brother. I just got back in there myself this week. Feels like home, I have missed it. Maybe I will have to come back and start logging. Glad to have you here

Long post...lol heres a brief summary. These supplements have helped my blood pressure come down to normal range. Cholesterol im not sure have not checked it. But my BP was 140-95 ish and has come down to a normal range ditching my BP and cholesterol meds.

About 8 months ago I decided I was done taking BP and Cholesterol meds(too many sides). I had heard the carnivore diet could possibly help. So I did Carnivore off and on for about 5 months. It definitely helped with my blood pressure. Cholesterol not so much. But thats a tough diet to follow. The lack of variety was hard for me. I did enjoy it and at times I hated it.

But I still didnt want to take any meds to control my BP and Cholesterol. And with my Dr. it seems as those two go hand in hand if your on BP meds you will eventually be put on Cholesterol meds. So I started experimenting with supplements. I found the L-Arginine seemed to help with my BP. The carnivore diet had good and bad results, my cholesterol was out the roof. But my triglycerides were down. So I took that as a win. Dr. Didnt like what he saw, but I didnt care I felt good. And the ratio between Cholesterol and Triglycerides was good.

Today I dont do Carnivore although I do eat a lot of meat I also eat carbs, fruit and veggies. I try and get organic when I can to avoid the bad shit they put on our food. But none the less my BP is down and thats huge for me. The only other thing I take is Test for my TRT.
