This Judge blames a 3 year old in Home Invasion of racism?!

Would hope that there is some kind of official review of this judge's attitude as demonstrated in his speechifying. Also of his light sentencing for 2 armed home invaders. Maybe they will wait till the inevitable reappearance of these 2 thugs in the future. At the very least this judge should receive considerable media attention, possibly putting the brakes on any upward mobility he might have had. Will never happen, but a possible solution would be to only let this judge preside over black on black cases and white on white, he has proven he is too racially corrupt to handle a white vs black (in either direction) case.

I gave him hell on twitter yesterday in his weak attempts to rationalize his stupidity, and it looks like he deleted the thread.

Time to write letters to the powers that be and try to get his ass in hot water, or at least have them watch him closely.

He has absolutely no business being a judge or even a lawyer if he is so easily butthurt and incapable of being objective. He should have been blaming the criminals for perpetuating the stereotypes that make them all look bad - not blaming a 3-year old victim of these animals.

It's just too bad the homeowners didn't have a gun and didn't solve the problem themselves.
