That's awesome. Very inspiring and my hat's off to him. He's proof that age is nothing more than a number.

just to add fuel to the fire...... my old coach from when I first started. I called him after this one, 76 years old with one collapsed lung, weighing 172..... squatting 516! The man is a legend.
