I'm roughly from this era so my computer skills are lacking, if someone could do me a favour and load a pic of Brian Buchanan I would appreciate it as he deserves to be in this . Probably the tiniest waist ever and a great v-taper kind of an early Flex Wheeler .

Brian was incredible bb when in shape as was strydom and Quinn.that era was my era the 80 and 90s.the best era quality muscle and conditioning

Trip down memory lane , those ad crammed Muscle and Fitness magazines from the 80's and 90's used to cost $20.00 in New Zealand . You could go down to the local bookstore and in the health and fitness section the local guys into working out would be a couple of people deep milling around the latest issue, some would even be reading with sandwiches stuffed in their mouth cause they brought a*packed lunch .
