Anybody remember the adsby Joe Weider of the guy kicking sand in the wimpy guys face at the beach? lol That's really showing age.. concrete and sand weights, plywood bench , that was the top shelf back in the day

Yep Reg was Great! He was natural in those photos also, i think he too he took ass for a brief period, and gained around 20lbs in wth, and his arms went up to 20s but he had 18 1/2 natty arms which were about the biggest ever in cut condition i believe.
