For me a lean bulk/recomp is all in your diet/training. Fasted AM cardio, carbs only pre/post workout. I've done this plenty of times off cycle and twice on AAS. Chemicals like clen, t3, and ephedrine have always helped me. I do think that after you reach a certain size this will become more and more impossible to do.
