What's up everyone! Thanks for stopping by to check out my training. Today was leg day!
Warm up: 2 mile run, 20 minutes
Leg Extension: 70lbs, 2 sets of 12 reps
Leg Curl: 60lbs, 2 sets of 12 reps
Lunges (+20lbs): front to back, 2 sets of 10
back, 1 set of 10
with one leg elevated, 1 set of 10
Wide stance BB squats: 45lbs, 2 sets of 10
I'm looking forward to learning more about weight lifting and training for a bikini competition, so any feedback or comments are appreciated!
