What's up everyone! Thanks for stopping by to check out my training. Today was leg day!

Warm up: 2 mile run, 20 minutes
Leg Extension: 70lbs, 2 sets of 12 reps
Leg Curl: 60lbs, 2 sets of 12 reps
Lunges (+20lbs): front to back, 2 sets of 10
back, 1 set of 10
with one leg elevated, 1 set of 10
Wide stance BB squats: 45lbs, 2 sets of 10

I'm looking forward to learning more about weight lifting and training for a bikini competition, so any feedback or comments are appreciated!

Nice leg day!

Thank you! What does a leg day for you look like? I'm slowly making my workouts longer with more sets and exercises. I'm limited to what I have in our "garagym" (lol, what my husband calls the garage where we workout).

I pretty much do the following mixing and matching

extensions
squats
step-ups
lunges
sumo squats
dead lifts
lying leg curls
standing single leg curls
bridges

What's up everybody? Today was actually a rest day, but my legs were definitely feeling yesterday's leg day! My husband and I are not only making fitness a serious part of our lifestyle, we also try to focus on healthy living in general and eating clean and chemical free. What's up everyone! Today was chest and shoulders day. Got in a great shoulder pump! As I'm sure my workouts will continue to grow, in size and weight, I'd love to hear what an "average" workout looks like for others (women) or should look like. I have no event or strict timeframe, but feel my eventual goal will be a bikini comp. Right now I just want to maximize fat loss.

Lat raises-10lbs, 4 sets of 10
Plate raises-25lbs, 2 sets of 10, 35lbs, 2 sets of 5; I alternated these sets.
Sumo lift-30lbs, 3 sets of 12, 35lbs, 1 set of 8
Seated BB push press-30lbs, 2 sets of 10, 2 sets of 12
Incline bench press-55lbs, 3 sets of 10, 65lbs, 2 sets of 6
Reverse and close grip incline bench press-45lbs, 2 sets of 8, 50lbs, 2 sets of 9, 10

Bent over barbell rows-45lbs, 2 sets of 10, 55lbs, 2 sets of 10
Tbar row-90lbs, 2 sets of 12, 115lbs, 2 sets of 10
Barbell deadlift-95lbs, 2 sets of 10, 105lbs, 2 sets of 10
Barbell bicep curl-30lbs, 5 sets of 10
Preacher curls-10lbs, 1 set of 10, 8lbs, 3 sets of 10
Dumbell curls-8lbs, 4 sets of 10
