What is up? Thanks for stopping by. It's been an off few days, thus the lack of posts. So, instead of a straight leg day, it was the big 3. I still feel like I'm all over the place, but consistency is key. Any workout is better than no workout at all.

Squats
65lbs, 2 sets of 10
85lbs, 2 sets of 10
95lbs, 2 sets of 10
105lbs, 2 sets of 8

Flat bench press (I've pretty much stuck with incline bench until now and I was on a non Olympic set so the weights are weird.)
38lbs, 1 set of 10
47lbs, 2 sets of 10
52lbs, 2 sets of 10
57lbs, 3 sets of 10

Deadlift (I can feel the snap in my lower back at this point, but on the other side, so I took it easy with the weights.)
57lbs, 2 sets of 15
67lbs, 2 sets of 15

Today was chest and shoulders. I ended up getting so hungry that I had to stop and eat half way through, so really it was more like shoulder day, lol.

Dumbell shoulder press, 10lbs, 4 sets of 10
Sumo lift, 30lbs, 4 sets of 10
Lateral raises, 10lbs, 4 sets of 10
Incline bench press, 45lbs, 2 sets of 10, 55lbs, 1 set of 8

Thanks for stopping by!

What's up everyone? I hope you're doing well. :) Today was back and biceps. It was hard to get into it, so I kept the weight lighter and added a few more reps. That way I still feel like I did a good workout, but didn't get out of breath. Still trying to find that niche...

Dumbell curls, 8lbs, 4 sets of 12
Barbell curls, 20lbs, 4 sets of 12
Bent over (@ 90°) barbell rows, 45lbs, 4 sets of 12
Alt. Dumbell rows, 25lbs, 4 sets of 12
Tbar rows, 90lbs, 2 sets of 12, 100lbs, 2 sets of 12
Plate raises, 25lbs, 4 sets of 12
Preacher curls, 8lbs, 4 sets of 10

Good work mrs. H

Figure out how to get things going is key. Sometimes I approach it light then get warmed up and kill it!

Nice training Mrs. H! And yeah, I keep applesauce cups (and now some leftover Halloween candy) as my halftime carb/calorie re-load in my gym sessions.
