True story: I don't eat any "junk" food.
I lost my taste for it in my early 20's. We don't buy any with the weekly groceries and don't keep any in the house.
Maybe a couple times a year I will have a handful of potato chips if we buy some for the kids, but that's super rare.
Have not had a chocolate bar (or candy bar or whatever) in well over 25 years.
I basically eat like shit, compared to most forum members, from October to February. My new current fav is a Hershey's bar with a layer of peanut butter smeared on it. After February is done, I start carb cycling and lean out by he time we hit the beach in June. Repeat.
What does your grocery list look like ? Just curious.
