NOTES
Benchpress was strong even if my math is not lol. I was supposed to do 315x1, 330x1, and 345x1. Somehow this translated into me slapping a couple of tens on the bar and doing 335.... and then actually putting the "proper" 15 pound jump on there and doing that. Not that it really mattered since all the singles and the sets before them were fairly easy. Press was pretty solid too. Got to admit after all the benchpress sets I was a little nervous about that 210 single But it wouldnt have even rated a 5 out of 10 for effort required. The floor presses were where the workout actually started to get difficult.
I was short on time today so I skipped the klokov press and front raise superset.
