NOTES
Benchpress was strong even if my math is not lol. I was supposed to do 315x1, 330x1, and 345x1. Somehow this translated into me slapping a couple of tens on the bar and doing 335.... and then actually putting the "proper" 15 pound jump on there and doing that. Not that it really mattered since all the singles and the sets before them were fairly easy. Press was pretty solid too. Got to admit after all the benchpress sets I was a little nervous about that 210 single :D But it wouldnt have even rated a 5 out of 10 for effort required. The floor presses were where the workout actually started to get difficult.
I was short on time today so I skipped the klokov press and front raise superset.

Nicely done man, especially when time pressed....and math is for nerds and calculators, don't worry.

Klokov prrsses! Thank you sincerely for the reminder to do those! When I'm cussing at someone later I'll make sure I include your name.

Great pressing!!! I admire your initiative as a solo lifter. I think it takes huge motivation and
Discipline to do that.

thanks Bull, but I really got no choice :D I have had a few workout partners but barely anyone I know is into lifting, and the few I do know that lift are not into squatting heavy or deadlift at all. Sucks sometimes but I always got the Iron Den :D

NOTES
Boom and first wave is done
Deadlifts were alright but 525 was much heavier than I wanted it to be..... well until I realized I didn't put on the belt so I am happy with it lol.
Suspended goodmornings....... whoooooo! lol I forgot how much harder these are than regular goodmornings. I underestimated 315 or overestimated my strength.... either way I wasn't getting the third rep on that set.
Sumo deads I wanted less weight and more speed. I think I did alright. The curls and situps were okay.

I might be keeping this day the same next wave as far as assistance work goes. I am liking the sumo deads and the suspended goodmornings and I think I can make them work for me a little better if I keep them rolling. The Squat Day and Push Day assistance work will switch out as planned so expect those two days to look a lot different. Deload next week so I will most likely not log anything in.

I was a solo lifter for probably 15 years. Nothing stops me.

Today was a great day for you! Deads with no belt!!

I wish you would log your deload. This is an important teaching log.

Cracking session! I prefer doing most of my lifts alone now as previous partners have always ended up ego lifting etc or letting me down. Plus when its just me i can listen to what i want lol

It looks a lot like week 2 but with much about half the weight and I usually cut out a lot of the assistance. I dont bother logging it usually because it takes about 15 minutes to complete and the biggest weight I will work up would be lower than 300. But just for you, Bull, I will log the workouts lol. Got to warn you though they are not very fun to look at.

I do enjoy it to be honest. There are times where I think the extra help/motivation of having like minded people would be a huge benefit, but for the most part I can usually get by working alone.
