well damn..... lol. going to be honest i doubt i would have stuck with the cut for very long anyways. mostly when i have cut before it was more of a body recomp deal with mostly protein and fats staying high but carb cycling being the majority of calories subtracted/added

Next time shoot the vid from a side shot when performing the snatch pulls. I think that bar is going out in front of you and it shouldn't. The bar path should be a straight line (more or less). Also, widen that grip.

will do. i guess i am going to have to move my gym around soon. ofcourse if all goes to plan i will be lifting in the NH/ME area soon any way....

No, seriously, benchpress was great today. everything went much smoother than i thought it would. 295x3 is a PR.
I will be keeping presses in the second spot from now on. I definitely felt "fresher" going into presses than i ever have. hopefully this holds next week for 190x5! 200x3 is definitely a personal best as well.
CGBP, DB press, and laterals hit shoulders and triceps nicely.
the Arnold presses are new to me. i think i am getting them correct as far as form goes and i was honestly surprised that these things hit the shoulders and triceps pretty good for such little weight

oh and instead of cutting like i thought i was going to do i have decided i am getting back up to 220 lol. hopefully by the time i hit 220 i will have a 600 pull and a 495 squat.

We gotta take a closer look at your squats b/c you should be squatting much higher than 495lbs with a 600lbs pull. It should be more like 540lbs or possibly more.

honestly i think you already gave me the advice needed to get the big squat. i widened my stance up only an inch or so for that 450 squat and i felt more stable(still GM'd a little but not as bad).

Here is today's bench and presses:


the CGBP vid isnt uploading so fuck it you guys are going to have to take my word that it was a very nice looking 245 triple :D
