Even worse, its actually a Bush phone. Apparently it was mandated by the FCC near the end of that admin. Also you pay for it directly. Its on your cell phone bill as "Federal somethin somethin BS". There was a video on YT explaining it, better than me. Crazy................

I really feel like you should have to take a basic competency test in order to vote. I prefer most people not vote as I don't believe they are smart enough to make an educated decision.
