The danger of "good girls" ;) (just a random observation)

"Good Girls", "Bad Girls" aka hip adductor and hip abductor could potentially be dangerous IMO... I noticed this while getting on it(good girls) with the Mr. watching and him commenting on the max being 300 lbs!!! seems like a lot of skull crushing power...



then I realized I am less than 4 plates from maxing this machine and am now extra cautious while there are cases of his head, between my thighs
