Ever see if you can do something till you pass out? Kinda how it was :D MY back blew up enormous. Loaded with Taurine later because I was scared the rebound cramps would be hellashish!!

Now that is a back! I need to learn your methods, professor! Please teach me!

Its mostly built on years up pull ups and weighted pull ups and shrugs.

I've only recently added dead lifts.

Ask anything I'm here to help.

silntrunin has the best back. I seek to achieve that. Maybe we can get him to post up a pic :D

Seemed really hard.

I've started bringin food with me to the gym to eat right away because there is usually a group waiting to ask questions. I ate while I talked to them today. It took and hour post workout.
