You know what is weird, I never got comfortable screwing my heals in so far ahead with the mono. I still lift out of the mono but walk it out. Of course, I also don't have lifting partners often so I have the Spud straps if I crash and burn. I think it might be something I just need my body to acclimate. I also lift out most of my own benches and if I do get a lift off, its just barely over the lip and I take it from there. I have had spotters at meets try to push the bar out farther and it ****s me a ton.
