i see a handful of people not eating carbs in the breakfast meal?

This is a new habit for me. I'm avoiding carbs with breakfast and preworkout with the hopes of using fats for energy. It's supposed to eliminate energy slumps and avoid blunting gh release during a workout. So far breakfast is going well but I'm finding it hard to catch a pump without preworkout carbs. Might have to scrap that idea.
