I mentioned that my daughter is going to be competing with me at the same shows in either bikini or wellness divisions. Just started training in January 2026. Starting to see some development in the back and delts.

Here I am at 21 weeks out. Weight is down to 210, so I'm down 2 pounds over last week. Maybe it's in my head, but I feel like I look a good bit leaner than last week. My old man loose skin is starting to show in my lower pecs and lower abs. I really hate that, but not really sure what I can do. Already doing GHK-Cu at 5mg ED and Collagen ED. As I further lean out, I don't expect it to get a whole lot better! LOL

Pics taken today. I'm 20 weeks out. I don't know where my hamstrings went. I had some 6 months ago... Hopefully will be seeing some hamstring detail as I lose the next 5 pounds. Feeling decent. Didn't hit the weights hard this week, as I was traveling to Chicago for business the entire week. But got my cardio in, and got some blood flow to the muscles.

Weight is at 209.5, so weight didn't really move this week. Tough to diet strictly when traveling, so I'm OK with it. Want to see at least 1-1.5 pound weight loss this next week.

Did a new Ninja Creami protein ice cream recipe. Overdid it on the calories, but it was good. I gave AI the recipe ingredients I used to make it, and it gave me the following nutritional breakdown.

The Breakdown

1. The Base

  • Liquid Egg Whites (1 1/3 cups): 165 calories | 35g Protein | 0g Fat | 0g Carbs
  • Fairlife 2% Milk (2/3 cup): 80 calories | 9g Protein | 3g Fat | 4g Carbs
  • Beverly International Strawberry UMP (1.5 scoops): 240 calories | 30g Protein | 6g Fat | 6g Carbs
  • SF Cheesecake Pudding Mix (1 tbsp): 25 calories | 0g Protein | 0g Fat | 6g Carbs
  • Stevia & Xanthan Gum: Negligible calories/macros.

2. The Mix-ins

  • Full Graham Cracker (1 sheet/2 squares): 65 calories | 1g Protein | 1.5g Fat | 12g Carbs
  • Rice Chex (Small handful ~1/2 cup): 40 calories | 1g Protein | 0.5g Fat | 14g Carbs

If you want to reduce the calories, you could swap out the 2% fairlife milk for almond milk, and drop the protein powder from 1.5 scoops to 1 scoop, as you're getting plenty of protein from the liquid egg whites. Could also reduce the mix-ins to half a graham cracker (or none at all). I'd recommend keeping in the rice chex cereal as it gives a real nice crunch to the ice cream, if you like that sort of thing.

Gonna be following along, if y'all don't mind. Not doing contest prep, but deep in my diet down to (hopefully) 10%ish body fat, so could use the camaraderie.
