If you go down the T3/4 + Clen route, you don't need a routine for the T3/4 but you do for the Clen

Sorry forgot to mention that. Most people do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off repeat. I have never actually found anything to prove this is necessary. I am running it at 2 weeks on 1 week off repeat. Started with 40mcg then 60mcg now I am at 80mcg. I know a few guys that have run it as high as 120mcg ed but I haven't.

I'll post some papers tomorrow which try and imply a link between Clen and various heart pathologies. Technically the papers are weak as they invariably only reference one patient (who happens to be say tachycardic with atrial fibrillation)

Yea same here...I think it's more broscience than anything.
