T3 dosage all at once or spread out?

Cytomel (im assuming thats what you are referring to) is regular release. Your best to divide your dosages. The t3 i use is a sustained release but I still divide it just to be safe.

I spread it out since the absorption is very fast. What do they say 95% within 4-5hrs. I have a friend that pops 75 - 100mcg at once. when I tried this I started to drag a little more and the energy level suffered a tad, so I space out the dose and don't go higher than 50mcg. this is what works for me.

What about t-4, depends on what your doing. And what your using with the thyroid hormones.

Rather than being a hormone, T4 is a “prohormone.” That means that enzymes have to convert T4 to T3 before T4 benefits us.

lol I figured someone would say that and there used very little to, usualy for people being poor "responders to T-3"
there scored and usualy broken in half with only 25mcg taken at a time, most clinical research crap shoes anything over 25mcg being wasted and passed through the system.

Like insulin some have a resistence problem to T-3 and need higher doses is right!

and the SR-T-3 is questionable wether alot gets wasted to with the higher dose tabs.
