I wanna toss the clen and T3 back into my current cycle again. Completely forgot the dosing ramp for the T3. How do u guys ramp it up and down? I usually dont do the 2 week on / 2 week off thing. I like to stay on them for a month at a time before taking a 1 week break, then jumping back on. Any suggestions guys?
