Update...kellogs fruit and yogurt cereal with 1/2 cup milk lunch tuna with 1tbls of miracle whip and a boiled egg. 2 slices od wheat bread and 1/2 cup grapes. Supper 1 chicken fajita 1/2 cup peas and carrots, and 1/2 cup Spanish rice. 1protein bar for snack.....30 min elliptical. 80 oz water

why dont you start a log ?
would be helpful for us to follow along ...and as stated before get a n account with myfitnesspal, or ftiday to log your food, so we can see the macro breakdown :)

I have an account with my fitness pal it's just on my phone so I can log throughout the day.

do it and post up how many cals, protein, carbs and fat, you are getting :)

Fat 16g, carbs 197 protein 66 I have had 1007 calories.
