Update...kellogs fruit and yogurt cereal with 1/2 cup milk lunch tuna with 1tbls of miracle whip and a boiled egg. 2 slices od wheat bread and 1/2 cup grapes. Supper 1 chicken fajita 1/2 cup peas and carrots, and 1/2 cup Spanish rice. 1protein bar for snack.....30 min elliptical. 80 oz water
