I never knew Mad Chemist or CFC was busted. Im pretty sure he wasnt. I know he got popped for some weed but have never heard anything about him getting popped for juice.

Im running the last bottle of 100mg Winni I have of Synergy and its a shame cause the guys gear was totally on point.

There is no way le would go after every person who ordered 3-4 or 10-15 vials. Total waste of time and resources. If that was the case we'd all been popped already.....

Not sure what the sentence was but I was watching "Border Wars" and a dude that smuggled in over 9 lbs of METHAMPHETAMINE gor 9 yrs and 4 months. ] Food for thought.

Oh he is ratting that is what assisting is bro I am just saying cooperation also mean taking a plea, admitting guilt and so on.

I don't even know this dude but right after all his BS I joined a board he was one and I think owned but he was banned so I am not sticking up for him I read assisting and that is BAD.

To cooperate is the admit guilt IMO

To assist is help LE get the other people involved.

If you think about it it's why they used both word not just one the have different meanings.

Hi SFG. What you're saying about cooperating means taking a plea. It' called "acceptance of responsibility". You get 2 or 3 downard departures for doing this. Cooperating and assisting is telling the gov't everything you know about your case. The prosecuter must be satisfied that you are hiding nothing. You get a 51k which is a document attached to your sentencing paperwork. It explains why ones sentence is less than what the federal guidelines call for.
If you have 1pt or 0 points after the presentencing investigation is done you can also qualify for the "saftey valve" this is the same as cooperating because you must satisfy the gov't that you have told them EVERYTHING. You get a downward departure from the guidelines with this also.
The reason child molesters get less time than most is because most of them have no criminal history. The computer kiddie porn is their crime. They get much less time but regardless of what their custody classification is they must go behind a fence and not a fed camp which has no fence and one can just walk away from. The minimum security facilities are full of chomos. The federal system is complicated and confusing.

The classification # for border infractions is different than selling the drug or being part of a conspiracy to distribute. As far as selling methamphetamine goes in the federal system goes, 5 grams to 50 grams calls for a mandatory minimum of 60 months regardless of what the sentencing guidelines call for. 50 grams to 500 grams gets you a mandatory min of 10 years. Getting busted for 9 lbs would get one at least 15 years. I'm very familiar with the fed system. I received a mandatory minimum sentence of 5yrs. You serve 85% of that time also.
