If you like a heavier beer have you guys tried shinerbock? If you want some send me a pm its a beer made in shiner Texas good stuff and sorry that's off topic but I will do thia recipe with deer cube steak looks good getsome!

While im rambling I will add when cooking a beef or deer roast I always add onion soup mix and a dark beer and one cup of strong coffee....sounds weird but try it
