ive never had any problems with squat till of late. for some reason the last few weeks of squatting has been hell. as i go down in my squat, reach my bottom, and start to push upward im having crazy hip pain, to the point where i just have not been able to push heavy weight. its fine on leg press or hack squat, even front squats dont bother it. ive tried changing my feet positions, and stance. any ideas on this bros?
