squat help

ive never had any problems with squat till of late. for some reason the last few weeks of squatting has been hell. as i go down in my squat, reach my bottom, and start to push upward im having crazy hip pain, to the point where i just have not been able to push heavy weight. its fine on leg press or hack squat, even front squats dont bother it. ive tried changing my feet positions, and stance. any ideas on this bros?

not sure why its fine while leg pressing but it could be hip flexor tendonitis. if that is the case you may want to lay off a bit. stretching can help this along with ice, ibuprofen etc. lets see what some others have to say.

take 4-6 weeks off squatting, in that time try taking 3 cissus RX 2X a day and see if it helps when you return to the squat rack.

How exactly are you warming up for your squats?
