Spirodex - 1 Bottle complete

I have been using Spirodex by Gaspari for about a month. It seems to be pretty good at curbing my appetite.

Pros:

- Appetite curbed during Low Carb Diet (keeps me from dowing 3 steaks a day)
- No Peppery or other aftertaste or burps
- Small Pills
- Jitters not terrible
- Mood is pretty decent

Cons:

- Expensive
- Bottle says only one needed, definitely untrue, I weigh 165 and I need 2 to feel anything.

Anyone else tried Spirodex?

the active ingredient in spirodex is 1,3 dimethyl. you can get it much cheaper. find adrena G by SNS. it is pure 1,3 dimethyl and significantly cheaper.

1,3 dimethyl does nothing for me i could take 3 spirodex and felt absolutely nothing.

So is this a useless product basically....are there any commercially available burners that really work. I may have a last 5-7 lbs to drop off to get down to 5-6%

I like spiordex...at 225 all I needed was 1. Everyoone is different tho
