ok I am into my second week of var 5mg a day (2-2.5 mg doses)



During my first week I was feeling energy boosts (maybe mental). I am mid way through my second week and energy seems good I dont seem as sore are normal in my legs. How ever with my added core and resistance training I am feeling a little more ab pain than normal I guess i am pushing myself a little harder than normal. I havent seen any real weight chances and no muscle change to speek of. Having my period the last 5 days hasnt helped either.

I am entering week 5 of my VAR cycle. (for reference i am a woman 10mg a day). I am seeing some good definition in my arm and ab's :).


I have having a bit of joint pain and and muscle tightness/soreness. Is this normal?
