Southern California hippy stores

Taking a trip next weekend to la. I'm actually staying in long beach.
If I eat any where it's generally a new seasons store. I didn't realize the chain is a Oregon/ Washington thing.
Aside from Whole foods are there any other stores I should check out.
New seasons has a full deli and salad bar that's what I'm looking for.
Worse case scenario it's rotisserie chicken in the car like a cave person.

Fresh and Easy, Trader Joes. Google them when you get in town to check locations. If you are lucky maybe they will have a Clarks Nutrition out that way in Long Beach.

LA is huge and sprawling. There are tons of places that are good. Go to Roscoes and get some chicken and waffles. Honest
