Sous vide for meal prep.

Anyone else here use a sous vide for meal prep? I love mine for pretty much all kinds of meals. I've used it for meal prep to basically have quick real food. If you haven't used one I'll say the best chicken breast I've ever made were sous vide. I have the cheap "sous vide art" brand from Amazon. Seems to work just fine, and has lasted a couple years. Fwiw.

I have a ninja combo slow cooker, sous vide and use it 3-4 days a week.
Set it in the morning, come home, throw rice on, sear with veggies and go.

I usually do chicken thighs and any cut of beef.

For beer, Denver steaks or chuck under blade are like $7/lb and come out like ribeye if you can overlook the connective tissue.
130 for 12 hours and a quick sear in the cast iron and its perfect.

Or braise it with birria seasoning and set it for 150 for 24+ hours.

But yeah.
