i would say...keep it clean...all the way thru pct...keep pro up high but cals only 400 or so more....its the soild 2-6lbs that u can keep while staying lean....if we could all gain 10lbs of pure muscle from a test only cycle..then we would all be monster big...and test would be all we need...sure u can gain 30lbs of water/fat/muscle but why put ur body thru all that....esp if u want to be lean/cut

yes i want to gain as many lbs of pure beef....but im not gonna put anymore undue stress on my system...so 2-6lbs a year and below 10% is fine with me
