Oh I train alone as well, Everything I use is loose enough that I can get in and out on my own. My hips knees and elbows just need the support. I am mainly using the gear to save pain, and give me confidence. I get very little carryover and I’m not relying on it for pounds. I got to admit a little jealousy of some of the skinny guys that can get hundreds of pounds from gear.I always wanted to try geared lifting it looks fun as all hell but we live in the middle of the asshole of nowhere , I lift alone so im kind of blown out on that
