What a mess, short on time, knee hurts etc.
Squat 315 X1,1
Two way Db raise 10s 3x10
I have been considering the idea of a daily squat perhaps for 30 days starting 04/02. Based on my research I think that 315 for whatever reps would be reasonable. Not sure on 5,6or 7 days per week. Basically squat to 315, one set of whatever I can rep that day then any other exercise with emphasis on dead and bench.
