I have been considering the idea of a daily squat perhaps for 30 days starting 04/02. Based on my research I think that 315 for whatever reps would be reasonable. Not sure on 5,6or 7 days per week. Basically squat to 315, one set of whatever I can rep that day then any other exercise with emphasis on dead and bench.
After further review, the daily squats would never work. My knees are just too cranky. I suppose I could add a high rep, low weight set to every workout maybe. Anyway my schedule at work is changing next week and I don't know how it will affect gym time.
