Bench I was just planning to get some volume in today with 225, but it was feeling really heavy at the bottom. Out of stupidity, I put the slingshot on and started loading up the bar.
275x1,1 315x1,1 335x1 sharp pain at right shoulder/pec insertion. Don't think it's a tear, maybe just a strain, but fucked myself. JM presses not happening.

Yep, I'm a jackass! Hurts like a bitch too. My wife thinks it's funny to poke her index finger in there.
So am I. Take the time to recover fully, I wish I had after my shoulder surgery :(

Long day yesterday so planning to skip today, get some sleep and make it up later But, didn't happen so

No OHP got to baby the pec

I've had a few good squat weeks. It was bound to end eventually.
Squat last warm up 335 X1 slow, but no problem. 320x1
320x1 then stuck at bottom weird. First instinct is usually to say fuck it and load up the bar but remembered bench last week and made a wiser decision.
