Bench 300x 0 lost it at bottom could not return. My fault maybe bad set up, more likely weak.
295x1 ugly, butt rise, wiggly. 295x1 much better but still iffy.
OHP 65x10 70x10 75x10,10,10

To answer your question I put off OHP while focused no on bench. I will start adding back in now.

How is the strength in the spinal erectors? Ive found that when my erectors arent trained / strong enough my dl suffers. Keep grinding
