Shoulder Routine help

Gents,
I'm struggling to find a good mass routine to replace my most recent one. Any input is appreciated.

Stats: 6'8 325lbs

Current routine:

Standing mil press 3x8
Front bbell raise 3x8
Corners Jammers 3x8
Side and front dbell lateral raise 3x8
Rear delt dbell 3x8

Bbell shrugs: 12 slow, 15 normal (x3 sets)
Dbell shrugs: 15 slow (x3)

Push press, z-press, bradford press, etc... You can rotate pressing movements to build size/ strength.

I alternate between seated press, standing, and dumbell press, all heavy, then use lighter weight on the iso moves, Just keep pressing and upping the weight.
