Hey Fellas,

I have these flare ups with my shoulder that create an issue every now and then, I would say about 2-3x a year. The pain causes me to limit my shoulder from doing presses and what not. I sometimes I power through but overall, I always come back to normal after a brief time. I cannot be the only one. I was reading something somewhere about someone who had a similar issue and their fix was to lean into and roll on a tennis ball on their shoulder. I heard this in passing from someone of decent size so I felt maybe they had some solid input.

How are you guys dealing with shoulder pain? Cupping? Do I gotta inject the fucker? Im open to eliminating these flare ups or how to better work with them.

Physical therapy. Just look on youtube for shoulder PT vids get some bands and do them every other day. In 3 months you will feel WAY better in 6 months you will have no more probs if you respond like me.

It does take a lot of time but fixed it for me.

Bar hangs 2x a week as well.

I know this sucks because it is not instant but it is the only thing I have found that actually works. BPC157 and TB 500 can help too. Probably GH too. But PT fixes all but the worst probs that require surgery.

Mines been fucked up for years from pressing 110s on inclines, lost position and pow! I stay light now but I'm also 57, currently 20-30lb dumb bells doing any shoulder exercise I can. I am injecting BPC157-TB500 for a month now and I can tell you it's improved!!! Jury was out for a minute buy my shoulder is better, still feel it but much better.

Find out what movements causing it and don't do it. Also, don't try to push through anything, that never ends well. Hopefully you're taking your layoffs every now and then.

Is it really your shoulder or is it the bicep tendon? I thought my shoulder was messed up but turned out to be the bicep and pec. I bought muscle scraping tools and will scrape every so often to try and help the fibers.
