What do you use? I have been VERY lucky and never had this happen but have heard of people using their underwear then flushing them, socks and other things. Have you ever done this???

Done it before whilst out running, used clothing the one time and had to carry it until I found a bin. The other time was in the middle of a 50km offroad run where luckily I was in a forest... you can work out the rest. Not ideal but the options I had at the time were not exactly plentiful.
