Good work Shan. If you don't mind me asking, why are you currently trying to rapid fat loss diet? (No, not being a smart ass....)

Oh, I just want to get my summer body without dieting for weeks or compromising my lean mass, plus I like Lyle Mcdonalds ultimate diet 2.0 so I kinda wanted to see what this one had to offer :) Need to get bikini ready coupled with my curiosity really...

Oh...day 2 of the diet...I didn't work out today, not even cardio..my youngest had his kindergarten graduation today so that took center stage. Since we got to bring him home afterwards we have played outside a lot, so not only am I tired and a bit dizzy from the diet I am filthy from playing at his favorite spot "the dirt hill". Felt good to just lounge around and play...reminds me that the simple things are often the most rewarding.

kneeling leg curl/seated calf raise

Squat pressing...yeah..why? Its not what I used to do since my knees and hips went south lol

I was thinking squat pressing in the since that you are squatting and then pressing 270 lbs over your head
