SAD I had the same but more focused to the forearm. Intense pain, flossing, and Inzer sleeves have helped tremendously and I have been battling tendonitis, bursitis for many years. I can now pretty much manage it with those tools, 90% better

add: I actually wore them for a few days when I slept !! It helped

Hey SAD. Sorry to hear about your pain bro.

For anything joint, ligament or tendon related I run a stack of SuperCissus from USP labs and Achilles from Antaeus labs. That combo has never failed me or anyone I have recommended it to. Works freaking wonders and it may help you.

I have similar issues and flossing does bring some relief. Good luck with it, SAD.

check out the video, it's basically a tight wrap with a marble\bearing set on sore ligament and rolled\worked. Painful as hell but helped me.

Youtube voodoo floss. It's a compression band that you wrap tightly around a muscle or joint. Then you take the muscles or joints through a range of motion. It tears apart scar tissue because all the ligaments are tacked down. Restores motion and mobility. Once the scar tissue and tightness is gone the joint realigns itself and boom pain is gone. An added healing benefit comes when you unwrap and get a massive influx of blood to the area. Scar tissue hinders blood flow and slows healing down.

It's so simple yet one of the most effective tools I have for joint pains.

I had some really bad tendon pain in my elbows. I couldnt grip anything without severe pain. I had to do all my lifts with straps. I used a product from iron mag labs called Epi-tren. In two weeks my pain was gone and still has not come back. I told a guy I work with about it, he had biceps pain. It healed him up also in about two weeks. For the price it is worth a try.

Why would this help with tendon pain?

Why would a pro hormone do anything for elbow pain?

I did some research about the chem that makes up the "tren" part of the product. It showed to increase stength of the tendons/ligaments. I tried it and sure enough it cured it. I used the product about 4 months ago and the pain still never came back. I delt with the pain in my elbow for a year prior. Sometimes drugs do more than what is advertised. Just remember Viagra was originally a heart med.

What is the chemical that makes up the tren part?
